✅ What is your understanding of “personality”?

Personality is the characteristics of a person's way of life. As we all are humans we have our personalities that make us different from one another. The way we think, feel, and behave towards one another is what personality means.

In summary, personality is the character that defines a person, way of life like what a person is, and how he or she feels, thinks, and acts in his or her life. Personality is just like a rule that guides the behavior of a person.

Women should have higher personalities than men which should be rated very highly as we are seen as the gender that is created to be favored by men. Below are what should be the personality of women.

Assertiveness:
Women should be straightforward in their way of communication to avoid being insulted or disrespected.

Empathy:
Women should be able to understand and relate very well to the feelings of other people most especially those who love them.

Ego-Strength:
Women should be resilient and be able to overcome challenges in life.

Energy driving:
Women should be able to bring in better contributions enthusiastically and enthusiastically to work.

Care:
Women should be able to take good care of themselves and not depend on men.

✅ How can you increase the value of your personality as a woman?

How I can increase the value of my personality as a woman is for me to learn from those whom I admire their personality and also to improve myself.

However, I can better increase my personality as a woman by acquiring an education and building myself financially and intellectually. Avoiding being a liability to others is the best way that I can increase my personality as a woman which I believe.

Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala is the woman in my life who has an attractive personality that inspires me a lot. She served as a finance minister in Nigeria before becoming a global finance expert an economist and the director general of WTO.
