SEC19 W3: "Stylish Living"

My style of fitness and wellness is very simple. My health is my pride, which means I don't joke with my well-being because health is wealth. What I normally do for wellness is take a deep rest after I have worked for the day.


MY Wellness Style

My resting hour is usually my sleeping hour which I spend 4 hours resting in the afternoon. 2 hours sleeping and 2 hours keeping myself happy via watching comedy, playing games, or reading inspirational books. Doing this usually makes me feel healthy and strong.

However, I cannot do all this if I haven't eaten. Food is a substance that keeps me healthy and strong all day. It is what gives me the energy to work, to go for exercises, and to do whatever I want to do. When it comes to eating food, my style of food is food that is well prepared and garnished with assorted meat, fish, and plantain in the case of rice and stew.

The unique things that I do for my wellness are that whenever I wake up in the morning like during weekends, the first thing that I usually do, Is brush my teeth, engage in house chores, then take my bath, rub body cream, and eat fruits, tea and Bread or anything light as breakfast. During the afternoon I usually spend time relaxing after I have eaten lunch and in the evening I go for a workout.


My Fitness Style

My fitness style is between morning and evening. My morning fitness is an indoor exercise that I usually do, when I wake up in the morning, doing sit-ups, push-ups, and bicycle crunches are what I normally do in the morning.

To keep myself fit, strong, and healthy, I visit gym centers to exercise with friends the types of exercise that I do involve doing in a gym house are riding on Exercise Bikes, Life Fitness Benches, rolling machines, Jump Ropes, and others.

After gyming, in a gym house, my next step is returning home taking my bath, eating fruits, and relaxing Doing this has been keeping me healthy and strong.

Your style is very interesting to view. Good to see how you prioritize fitness and food especially. I just admire your foods when it's coupled with chicken. Eating good food adds to one's well-being and tiu don't need millions of naira to eat such. It's just the way you are able to garnish it. Thanks for sharing your style with us.
