Character simply defines ones way/perception of life...it starts from within and then it's exhibited on the outside...both good or bad character can erupt from this concept, as one could often see someone of good character/behaviour while others can't.

Often times i would want to excuse this for temperament sake but on the other hand, why blaming something we could have control of?

As such, that's why we have will power to choose between right or wrong, good and evil but when the chips are down are we going to say we have all it takes to act right?
This is where character comes in and of a truth just as diamonds are rare to find, character should also be placed as a priceless commodity as "one without character is like a disaster going somewhere to take place!!".

Talking about disasters, it's often in our bid as Christians to pray against such forgetting we are at the staring wheel and yet don't have all it takes to arrive at destiny avenue as our brakes tagged 'character' tend to be missing in motion...oh I laugh at the disaster on its way to happen.

Hello fine girl, I can see you've got your beauty intact but no character to go with, how then do you balance your makeup as you tend to forget to add a touch of character to your already made up self, your makeup artist should be sued and schooled on the nuggets of character...well, take a sit, come closer cause I really want you to get this.

One thing I have learnt about character is, you might think you've got your character in check but wait till someone tells you about you, then you would be shocked to know somethings you don't know about yourself .

once in a while do a self check, ask people to tell you about yourself at least they already know you and could tell a bit or more about you.
It will definitely help you get pass areas you're deficient on in character...this is what i do quite often and it has helped me in being the better version of my self..one thing you should also note is "Never feel bad when you're being pointed your flaws...i know of a truth that the truth hits hard but such is to enable one become a better version of oneself, trust you get this.

The beauty without character

before I say goodbye, Let's go down memory lane shall we, I want to briefly tell a story of a lady whose bad character defaulted her from a certain privilege.
Beautiful as a morning star, tall like an iroko tree, the fairest of skin like milk, but with a rotten character. Nicknamed 'The beauty". I had the opportunity to stay with her as a roommate and oh the things I forbare was nothing to write home about.
On a particular day, a wanna be suitor who assuredly had beautiful plans for her came for her, but the mannerisms and attitude she portrayed was bad.

The gentleman knowing or now thinking he knew what he wanted persisted. But for how long?.
It got to a point he obviously couldn't hold it anymore, he had to leave her for another.
Later on, the plans the man had for the lady was out at limelight, regrettably but the said damsel was not at all perturbed.

Taking shadow in her beauty and that men will cluster to her like bee in a honey pot.
As a roommate, I tried telling her by means of correcting, which am sure that others might have but she heeded no ears to these.
Dropping my pen here, in conclusion that Right Character building is indeed a decision and not imposed.
it's is the very building block of our being, the vital need-have all and sundry should posses.
