A HEALTHY BREAKFAST FOR A SIMPLE LADY

When I was not married, my weight is just 47kg but when I got married and had a baby my food cravings changes and from 47kg I am now 67kg. I gained 20kg.

So, for 4 years I tried to lessen my carbo intake and sometimes I just ate some vegetables without rice. And for that long years, from 67kg I became 60kg. At least, and I am still trying to loss even 5kg because my health is not good anymore. Unfortunately, my blood pressure already elevated and I had to be vigilant on my food intake.

And this is one of my secret. I ate this every morning whenever there is stock

Since I dont have any meat on fridge, I just made use hotdog balls and ham. So, I fry it and then I prepare all the veges.

And this is now our cooked ham and hotdog balls with two boiled eggs.

While I am frying the ham and hotdog, I started to prepare the veges. I first wash and cut the lettuce.

According to my research, LETTUCE is a perfect source for vitamin A which is very important for our healthy skin, bones and eyes. It also hydrated our body because it has lots of water inside it.

After preparing the lettuce, I then prepare the pepino. I pill it first then cut it.

Pepino also had high water content. So, consuming it helps us adequately hydrated. By the way pepino is also called as Melon Pear or Sweet Cucumber. It is a vegetable of low calorie and is very rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is a perfect source for vitamin C, potassium, vitamin A and fiber.

And this is now our plating, I just mix the pepino and the lettuce. I made mayonaise as its sauce instead of thousand islands because its a bit costly.

And this is now our final look. Coffee for my hubby and a milk for me.

From 47kg to 67kg? Wow that's a lot, but we can all understand that as a nursing mother, you added weight because of child bearing, it's definitely not your fault.

But I like the fact that you are working on controlling the weight.

8 months ago when I visited my elder sister, she was constantly doing exercise in the morning because she was afraid of adding weight.

But just exercise alone didn't help her, she also watched her diet. Sadly, I was a vegetarian for almost 3months in her house even though I didn't like it. But it was very useful.

The food you shared here is a healthy one. Sadly I don't know about pepino but we have other ingredients here.

Maybe, I would try this here too for a healthy feeding.
