I am sure that people are no stranger to hearing the name of this type of flower. Clitoria ternatea is the scientific name. There are also those who call it telang flower or better known as "butterfly pea flower".

Butterfly pea flowers are not just any flowers. This is a flower that has been used as traditional medicine from generation to generation from our ancestors. This flower has several advantages both physically and in terms of its benefits.

From its physical appearance, this flower is clearly bluish purple in color. This flower has petals shaped like a layered rose. Actually, the butterfly pea flower has many color variants and has two petal shapes, some have just one petal and the one I published is the butterfly pea flower with many petals. And the petals are very soft to the touch, like silk.

This flower lives by climbing. We can plant it on the fence of the house or in a place that has support. When the telang flower is still in bud, it is shaped like a black purple rose bud. And if it withers, it will also return to the shape of a bud but its position will be hanging down. The leaves are like Moringa leaves, slightly round and small in size.
