This is one of the best restaurants in my area Krueng Gukueh, North Aceh. This restaurant has a unique theme, namely "Bamboo". Almost 90% of this restaurant uses bamboo as its material and decoration. So the name of this restaurant itself is "Waroeng Bamboe".

This is the atmosphere when my family and I came to this restaurant;

This restaurant is very easy to find because it is located in front of the Medan-Banda Aceh road. This restaurant is located on Jl. Medan - Banda Aceh, Tambon Baroh, Dewantara District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh 24184.

There is something unique that I personally got with the owner of this restaurant. Initially, he was just an ordinary trader. With a cart around, he sold his meatballs. He sold meatballs at the Islamic boarding school where I studied junior high school/high school there. One portion was only Rp 3,000/1.3 steem.

Almost every day I bought his meatballs. His meatballs were very delicious and pocket-friendly as a santriah. However, when I was in 3rd grade of high school, he was never seen again. It turned out, my friends and I got news that he opened a meatball business in a small shop in Krueng Gukueh in front of the Sumatra highway, only a few small huts and now it is the biggest restaurant in our area. Even President Jokowi once stopped by and ate here.

The strategic location and comfortable place to relax and enjoy mealtime with family make this place increasingly known by many people. Then what about the food?

Well, the food here is not only meatballs. Meatballs are the mainstay menu, but there are many other menus offered at affordable prices. Here is also a fresh seafood menu, we choose ourselves then weigh and how we want it cooked.

Here are some of the available menus;

In my opinion, the food here is very complete and also varied, but I have a different assessment about the taste. For fried tiaw noodles, the taste is just right, all the spices are felt. For the chicken martabak, it doesn't look like the one in the photo (rolled like a kebab) and it also tastes like regular martabak.

For the es teler and fruit soup, there is too much water and it only tastes like lychee syrup. The batagor was delicious, but the peanut sauce was tough and a bit sour, and this was very different from the last time I was here, where the taste always made me want to come back or when I came, the restaurant was almost full so the taste of the food was not the main thing.ama.

Not only the food, but also a playground for children. The place is also very well maintained and while Children are waiting for us to enjoy their meal, they can play here. In addition, there is also a 20-meter fish pond in the middle of the restaurant and also a garden inside the restaurant, a prayer room and also a place to rest.
