Men and women have considerable differences both physically and mentally. Men are known to be stronger and manlier, while women are more gentle and loving. Men and women have the same rights and obligations, what distinguishes them is their desire and persistence in achieving their goals. Being better is not to be used as a competition but to give appreciation to those who have really tried hard to achieve a goal, both materially and spiritually.

Both are equally enjoyable. Both men and women both have the desire to make themselves happy. However, women tend to talk more and have a lot of issues to discuss so that when they start talking, they find it difficult to stop. Meanwhile, men are more *** to the point *** and find it difficult to make small talk.

It is because of this nature that women are more likely to be pleasant where they always have a topic to start with, and usually women can make any object the subject of conversation and they prefer to widen their smiles because of the little things. It's just, don't touch things that make her offended, as long as you can still keep that then women will always be conditioning and icebreakers to be very pleasant.

When it comes to cooking, women are generally better at it. Because their eels are soft and detailed in their way, every dish they cook is very delicious. It's not that men aren't good at cooking, but men tend to prefer something that's not complicated and simple. They prefer to remember meeting schedules rather than kitchen ingredients which are quite a lot.

Men also become professional chefs, usually this is because they have a lot of experience and knowledge about cooking and it is undeniable that they also learn extra to get delicious recipes, and experience makes everything better.

A neurologist in the UK, Dr Adrian Owen stated that men have a higher IQ level than women, this is also because men's brain volume is larger than women's so men are smarter.

We can also see in various existing competitions that there are differences between men and women because it involves physical strength (men are stronger than women). For example, the sports section where the boys' soccer players will fight the boys' soccer players as well. Male swimmers will fight against male swimmers too, and vice versa. In contrast to intelligence competitions, a person's IQ is different, but if sharpened he will be sharper therefore, there is no gender difference in this competition even though men have a larger brain volume.

Men have more ability to develop a strategic perspective and they are quicker in making decisions and quick to take initiative and work for results. Meanwhile, women are affectionate and show 'nurturing' competence, such as developing the potential of others and building relationships, are better at communicating openly and transparently; more likely to admit mistakes; and bring out the best in others.

I think both of them will become better leaders if this assignment is their own willingness to develop themselves, given opportunities to grow through challenging work assignments, and supported through mentoring and coaching from senior leaders. Women and men excel especially when they also feel the need to prove themselves in non-traditional roles

No one clearly provides a definite theory about feelings, however, women are more able to express their emotions verbally, while men tend to keep them in their hearts and move on longer than women. In addition, women also consider feelings more, while men are more logical. We see men are cool when they fall in love (trying to hide their feelings), but they will be more extreme in loving their partners. In essence, when it comes to feelings we never know how it starts and ends. Both women and men will maintain their relationship because it's a matter of heart not a competition.
