Suddenly I remembered my son's request yesterday, he wanted to ride a horse at Simpang Rangkaya with Cek Di (my little brother who had just returned from sailing). "Assalamu'alaikum, dear.... Where are you?", without further ado I immediately said my intention to call him, it turned out that he was picking oil palm in his father's field and he would be here this afternoon. Just for information, currently the price of oil palm has increased. 👍

In the evening, as my sister said, she had arrived at my house but I was at my mother-in-law's house at that time. I was also invited by my mother-in-law to eat durian together there. After eating sticky rice with durian, I asked permission to go home because my sister was waiting for us there.

After Maghrib, we immediately left for Simpang Rangkaya because we were afraid of coming home late. However, it is very unfortunate that the horse is not there yet and I am a little doubtful about its presence because tonight is Friday night. Maybe after Insya, or better we eat first then see the horse vehicle again later.

For dinner, my little brother wanted to eat fried rice. So, I took him to the place where my family usually buys it. We stopped at Geureudong kupi and ordered 3 portions of chicken fried rice. After dinner with fried rice from Bang Har, my stomach felt full even though I had just eaten sticky rice.

After eating, we immediately rushed because the children also couldn't wait to ride the horse. After looking left and right, finally.....

The children were very happy and they were very excited. Alhamdulillah, no one had ridden it yet. We asked the driver about the price and it was only Rp10,000/2.7 steem for each person. My little brother was reluctant to ride, so the kids and I rode it.

The kids and I were very happy. Honestly, I was very happy and this was very exciting. I love horses and this is a rare thing in our area. The route is very short and time goes by very quickly.

When we were about to arrive at the stop, it looked like there were already a lot of people queuing to ride this horse. Yes, I was surprised because when we got on earlier, there was no one in sight. There were many people bidding and we arrived and got off.

It would not be complete if we did not take pictures with the horses brought from Padang before leaving. This will be the most beautiful memory for me and the children. We are very satisfied and our curiosity has been satisfied.

Our excitement did not stop here. The children continued their mission to play more games. Ghaisan asked to ride the odong-odong, while Afiza chose to paint. Finally, Hamzah and Ghaisan rode the odong-odong.

As for Afiza, she started choosing her painting image. Finally she chose a flying horse. She started arranging all the colors and painted her flying horse first. From here, I could monitor all my children. They were very happy until finally Afiza finished painting.

Time to go home? No! The children still wanted to drink juice, so my little brother bought them dragon fruit juice, avocado juice and 2 cups of cold sanger coffee. Because my husband was also alone at home, I bought her Tuna noodles at Simpang Rangkaya.

It was past 10 pm. So tired, Ghaisan fell asleep on the motorbike, while Afiza was busy balancing the painting she brought home because the paint was not completely dry. I am grateful that today was passed with happiness and gratitude.
