INTRODUCTION
This days I find it difficult to trash my old stuff because I now know the value of recycling, expercially this period that price of goods are going so high, I am grateful for this challenge because I only need to add small amount of money and renew the item for it to become new.
My today recycling will be about my slippers, I use few things in my house and return my slippers to a new one. This particular slippers I long abandoned it but I didn't trash it.
Come with me and see how I was able to renew my slippers to a brand new one.
materials I use in renewing my old slippers.
- Old slippers
- Shoe gum
- Scissor
- Old necklace
The steps I use in recycling my slippers
From the picture I just included you will know how the slippers was, so cut out the slip from the toe part, then I join them together to get the bridge of the slippers with the help of shoe glue.
When I achieve the end, there is this my old necklace that I am no longer using, so I remove part of it to form the toe of the slippers, I make sure that it laps well so that I can be able to walk with it.
When I was done with this particular part, I proceed to get the bridge of the slippers, then I use the bead of the necklace to bead round and bridge of the slippers.
When I was done with it, it was so beautiful. I had to put it on my legs to see if I got it properly.
The slippers really fit my legs
I can't wait to rock my slippers.it really turned out to be a costly slippers.
