Happy international women's to all the women worldwide. 8th March 2024 is the D-Day. So congratulations to all the women, is not an easy tasks.
Every woman deserves to be happy, and live their lives to the fullest.
In my next world I will love to still be a woman, because I know I am real definition of a woman.

Even my friends normally tells me that I am a real woman and I am always happy for the compliment

A woman is a beautiful creation created by God to be a helpmate to a man, a woman is born to be a fighter, why I say so is a woman doesn't get tired.

She is always there as a mother, she is there as a wife, she's there as a friend, she is there as a protector to her husband and kids.

I take for an example myself, I am a woman who loves her children so much, always there to guide them from the wrong part. There is no woman that can forsake her child no matter how bad that child is.
I am hard working, I take care of my home and my kids.

To increase women's economic empowerment, it is important to build institution that will promote public investment in the social goods and sustainable development. In all of these, let's look at few things that can guaranteed to accelerate women's economic empowerment.

There is no woman who does not need care in their life, women spend time in domestic work and unpaid work then men do.
My grand father normally says that women end up in the kitchen and by so doing, they are not permitted to work, all what they need to do is to take care of the house and at the end of the day their time is wasted so restricting women the opportunity to o be educated and also having a paid work is bad, women need to be invested in time, they need decent work to do so that they can take care of the family.

Investing in women time will transform a lot of life in so many ways, it will let the women have their own space while creating jobs in care sector and it will increase services to those that need the job.

When we talk about the care section is to considered that the right and the responsibility
Is shared with the state by the provision of public goods and services. And the private sector,it will bring supports like maternity leave and childcare facilities. This will help the women to participate in the formal labour market and they will use their time to generate income to the family.

If women are been Connected with financial resources it will help them solve their basic needs properly start up a good businesses.

If when have access to their own resources, they will be able to take care of themselves by taking care of their well being, eventually start up a business and get involved with others stuff that can bring in money for them.

When women grow in their aspect of work, they acquired batter position, but they don't have to be involved in all job, they should get job that is secured, a work that give them access to freedom. Not only that, they should should still have access to their men resources., this will help them get their potential.

Women are really facing a lot of insecurity I so many ways, they have lack of protection by oth at home and out side, you will see a man fighting with the wife as if he is fighting with his mate. So many marriages are facing crisis of violence and women are always the victim.

Without security, the women won't be able to go about their normal businesses schedule, I can remember when I had an arm robbery attack, I couldn't go about my normal business for almost a month because I was scared.

So with security, the women will be able to go on with their business and bring income to the family.
