The Diary Game #54: Share your day with us! 29/09/2024// happy golden jubilee birthday of my papa

Wow the golden birthday of my pastor was really a day and a thing to remember. It was such a joyous occasion and celebration occupied with so much love, happiness and blessings. As one of his children, I specially
wanted to make sure that he was treated special and much appreciated on this his birthday celebration.

I and my teammate specially came to conclusions and decided to all dress in white dress as you can see in few of my pictures, we also added a gold gele to add our white dresses, it was such a wonderful day to remember as my pastor celebrate his 50th birthday but still looking so young and strong.

On that day I woke up very early in the morning on the 29th of September that was on a Sunday, immediately I started getting ready and I woke all my kids and told them to join me as I prepare for the event. By this time it was 5am in the morning, I took my phone and called my makeup artist to come over immediately and begin her work by making me up and also tying gele, she took so much time, she started by 6am and was though by 8am, my son was supposed to join his media team and meet my pastor in his house for video recording, but all my thinking was that my makeup will be completed early so I ask him to wait for me, he went inside and rest.

After some minutes his media boss called me and ask for me I had to lied and told them he is on his way because by this times it was already 8am getting to 9am and I wasn't done with my makeup, immediately after the call I gave him transport to rush and meet them, it wasn't a easy thing but at the end we all succeeded. My makeup artist did a great job and at the end I was looking like a queen as I continue preparing and immediately head to church.

Before I got to church I went to his house to join my fellow women who were there to celebrate with him before we all got to church. As we all arrive the church, I was filled with joy as the atmosphere was also filled with happiness and also anticipation. Before we arrive the church the real brass band welcomed my pastor and his wife with some beautiful and wonderful music. So many dignitaries were present and it added to the grandeur of the celebration.

As the service continues, my pastor received wonderful prayers from the congregation and also guests and it really touches his heart that he cried and that was tears of joy. At that moment it was such a touching moment to see him showered with blessings and well-wishes from some of the guest and the members.
Before the service was over he cut his birthday cake.

At this point it came to the end of the service, we all gathered for entertainment and also refreshments, we all enjoyed so many delicious meals and drinks. At this point the atmosphere was so lively and it was filled with so much laughter as we all join our pastor to celebrate his 50th birthday.

The background was so beautiful that we were so happy and we all took different pictures.

After all the entertainment, it was looking like it won't end but at the end it came to an end, I and my family went back home feeling so tired but very very happy. At the end of everything the celebration was really a special day.

I will say the golden birthday celebration for my pastor was a such a memorable which was filled with so much entertainment, love, joy, and most importantly blessings. In my conclusion I will finalize it and say It was a thing to reminder because my pastor has added impact to our lives.
