And keep the ripe palm juice in the fridge. And whenever the mind wants, Ammu makes various pithas with them.Looking at the pitha recipe made by mom. I learned too. And today I appeared before you. This delicious Taal Pitha recipe can be made with just a few items. This pie looks as good as it looks. It is also very fun to eat. So let's get started. My recipe for today.

- Ripe palm juice
- sugar
- salt
- coconut
- Baking powder
- rice powder
- flour
First I pour the liquid taals into a large bowl.
Then I will add two cups of rice powder.
Then I will give a cup of flour.
Then add half the quantity of a Korano coconut.
Then I will give about 200 grams of sugar. Here the sugar will act as a sweetener. So anyone can recognize as they like.
Then I will add the amount of salt.
Then I add a tablespoon of baking powder.

Now mix all the ingredients together well.

After mixing the ingredients well with hands or a spoon, I cover with a lid.
After 15 minutes I will remove the lid. Because they are now fully prepared.
Then I will heat some oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot, I spoon the yeast into the oil with the help of my hands.Fry the pitas for a while on medium heat.
This is how my Talal Pitha recipe turned out.
This was my date pitha recipe. Although taal is a summer fruit. It can be eaten throughout the year if stored. Because many of them like to eat. Different types of pithas can be made with this taal.
