I would like to appreciate the team for being selected once again for the engagement challenge. So today in this post I will be exploring a South Indian Restaurant in our city and will try to give the details of all the food we have and the prices of the restaurant.
"Udipi's South Indian Restaurant"
So few day's back my best friend arrived at the city and the very next day we decided to go out for lunch . He already knows that I am a fan of South Indian platter, so he took me to Udipi's Restaurant and getting inside the restaurant I got to see the typical South Indian touch in the interiors of the restaurant.

So now it was our turn to order the food and I was surprised by the hospitality of the restaurant as there were 2-3 waiter and waitress who came to welcome us and asked for the menu. Then we were given the menu book which contained total South Indian dishes and other Indian dishes and drinks too.
Tatte Idli with Chutneys and Sambhar
So we ordered 1 plate Tatte Idli, 1 Dosa and 1 plate of Finger Fried Idlis. Within ten minutes we were served with the tatte idli which was not that good in taste and I really found it to be expensive. Tatte Idli was served with toppings of gunpowder and special chilli red chutney was given with the menu which tasted too yummy.
The cost of Tatte Idli was around Rs 180 which is equals to 12.8 Steems considering the current cost of the steems. According to me this Idli was very expensive because generally we get 2 Idli at the cost of 1.2 Dollars.
Dosa with Chutney and Sambhar
Our next menu was Dosa with Chutney and Sambhar which was indeed very tasty and I love the technique of serving as it was served on the banana leaves which enhanced the taste of the food.
At the very last we got our finger fried idlis which was a Chinese style idli as the idlis were chopped and deep fried in the oil and was served with green chutney. Personally I did not like it too much but my friend just loved the taste.
finger fried idlis with green Chutney
The cost of this finger fried Idli was around rs 250 an in terms of steem it comes to 17.85 Steems. This was the another food which was indeed very costly due to its brand name as it was not that tasty and did not worth the price.
And how can one forget our favourite drinks so for the desert we ordered cold coffee with ice cream which was indeed so refreshing. Two glasses of cold coffee with ice cream custard us around rs 440 which comes to 31.42 Steems.
Happy me with cold coffee with icecream
The total bill of the menu came around rupees 870 of the food + 40 rs Goods and Services Tax which comes to a total of Rs 910 or 65 Steem. The most delicious menu of this restaurant was the dosa and the rest menu was ok ok types.
I will personally not suggest you people to visit this restaurant as it was to expensive and the food was even not worthy of the money except the dosa and cold-coffee with ice cream.
That's all for today , thank you and have a great day ahead
