Among the topics to choose from, I chose the Motivate topic that can be useful to the society.

Motivate is the stimulation of desire and energy to be interested in a task, goal or purpose. It gives a stimulus to make a commitment with great interest to accomplish that task or goal. Motivate can be summarized as follows

Failing at a task will be the first step towards passing that task one day.

A good example of this is to increase the motivate in our mind to accomplish some of our tasks. I think the name Thomas Alva Edison is a name known to everyone in this world. That is because he is the inventor of the electric bulb.

To introduce the light bulb to the world, he built his laboratory in an abandoned railway carriage, where he did not even have a laboratory to test it. Also, he fails 999 times to invent the light bulb, but due to his endless dedication and enthusiasm, he has the motivate to somehow produce it the next time. He succeeds in producing a light bulb for the world. This is the result of his motivate to create the electric bulb.He wouldn't have won it if he hadn't been inspired to produce the light bulb again and again in failed situations.

This motivate can be classified under various circumstances.

• Intrinsic Motivation
  Excitement for personal gratification. It is the motivate done with the purpose of self-enjoyment or self-fulfillment, apart from an external factor.

• Extrinsic Motivation
  Motivation caused by external factors. That is the motivate caused by receiving a certain gift, money or position.

• Amotivation
  Intrinsic motivate within a person or lack of motivation by external factors.

• Achievement Motivation
  The motivate to achieve one's desires and goals and achievements.

• Affiliation Motivation
  Desire of others is the motivate to seek approval or maintain social relationships.

• Power Motivation
  The motivate to influence, control, or influence others.

• Competence Motivation
  The motivate to master a task or acquire a skill.

• Avoidance Motivation
  The motivate to prevent accusations or punishments from the outside society.

The individual mind is strengthened through motivation. The advantages of induction can be considered as follows.

• Motivation can make people work harder and achieve higher productivity.

• Being able to achieve success in a short period of time through motivation to achieve goals.

• To control one's thinking and emotions and to create self-satisfaction.

• Gaining benefits like reputations by exploring new ideas and creating innovations.

• Creating a positive and productive environment through group motivation.

• Building productivity by mastering skills because of the space to discover one's skills.

Motivation allows one to achieve one's goals and one's commitment to and motivation for any cause can be seen as worthwhile. This motivation will affect both good and bad actions. By motivating the person to good things, success will be obtained, and by motivating people to bad things, he will have to be prejudiced.
