GALLETAS DE MANTEQUILLA 🧈
INGREDIENTES:
- 1 KG DE HARINA DE TRIGO
- 500 GR DE AZÚCAR
- 4 HUEVOS
- 250 GR DE MANTEQUILLA
- VAINILLA ( AL GUSTO)
- 10 GR DE POLVO HORNIAR
- 10 GR DE LEVADURA
- 1 LIMÓN
PREPARACION
PASO 1
Comenzamos a mezclar los ingredientes: los huevos, la mantequilla, la vainilla, el polvo de hornear, la levadura y la ralladura de limón.
PASO 2
PASO 3
Tomamos un rodillo para empezar a estirar la masa y luego cortar las galletas.
PASO 4
PASO 5
Una vez que las hayamos cortado, las colocamos en una bandeja y las dejamos reposar durante una hora para que adquieran un buen tamaño.
PASO 6
ASI QUEDARON MIS GALLETAS DE MANTEQUILLA
Puede disfrutar de las 150 galletas de mantequilla y compartirlas en una fiesta o disfrutarlas en una merienda. ¡Buen provecho! 😋
