There's this one thing that unites us all together, whether it’s a group of students or a multicultural team of employees, this one thing draws us all close and that is "a passion for food."

There's always a room in our houses where we set apart to create unique recipes and have fun, it's the "kitchen." Because of this I have come with a weekly contest where we can talk about those tools, those flavors, excitement, and those recipes that keeps us busy all day.

Let's have some fun right inside the kitchen!...

• What meals are best for breakfast and why?

• For someone who wants to get fat, which foods do you recommend and why are these foods healthy for them?

• What quantity of protein is required for us to consume a day? Give 7 examples of protein foods.
