Hello friends,

It's another week for our food thought. It's amazing to see how far we have learned, shared and experienced through this journey.

I am pleased to announce to you that food thought is now in #31 and counting. I hope you have joy reading the week's topic.

Many individuals behave differently in public compared to how they act in private because they fear judgment. At some point in life, you may have felt uneasy in your surroundings and unable to be your true self. These inner struggles can harm your confidence and lead to feelings of sadness. Even celebrities face similar challenges; many feel lost and find it hard to distinguish between their public persona and their true self at home. Discovering your identity can be tough, but it begins with being at ease with who you are.

When I think about public versus personal identity, Miley Cyrus comes to mind. She started her career on the Disney Channel, which is aimed at children. As she grew older, she wanted to explore more adult themes but felt restricted by her young audience. The Miley Cyrus seen on TV is not the same as the real Miley; she was just acting. Initially, she struggled with this change.

Over time, she became more comfortable, even to the point of expressing herself boldly on stage and creating more provocative music without worrying about others' opinions. Miley once said, "I'm not really scared or insecure about anything because I'm used to people judging me. I'm used to people knocking me down, so I'm used to getting back up." This perspective is rare and inspiring, reminding us that we are not alone in our struggles.

Being true to yourself in a world that wants to change you is a huge achievement. Embrace who you are; there's nothing wrong with self-love. Accepting and loving yourself is one of the most wonderful experiences. When you truly know and accept yourself, the opinions of others won't matter.

It's normal to be judged, to have different sides to yourself, and to hold back sometimes. These feelings aren't bad. The real issue is letting negativity affect you. Stay strong, keep your head up, and don’t dwell on the past. Discovering who you are might involve criticism and disappointments, but it's essential to find peace in your own skin and love yourself no matter what others say.

I leave you with this, see you next week!
