Hello Everyone!
Warm welcome to my Steemain friends, I am @qasim78 from Pakistan How are you all, I hope you are all doing well and enjoy your precious life, I am also fine by the Grace of Almighty Allah. Today, I am glade to take part in the exciting challenge hosted by Steem For Ladies Community's SEC-S16/W3 Engagement Challenge Contest. The theme of this engagement challenge is “Raising boys and girls” " This is very interesting topic all time I participate in this without mincing words, I would love to drop my two cents as touching this subject .
Should boys and girls be raised in the exact same way?
Navigating Gender Roles in Child Rearing:
In the reallm of raising children and the debate surounding whether boys & girls should recive identical treatm ent is a subject that ignite significant discourse and advocate of uniform upbring ing argue that gender neutral pareenting promote equality & eradicate detrimeental stereotype and Conversely opponent contend thatacknowledging & celebrating gender disparitie is crucial f or fostering robust development and both view points hold merit & the optimalapproach likely involve striking a balance b/w recognizing diversity & advocating for equality.
"Equality Versus Uniqueness"
Advocate for raising boys & girls in the same maner often doso with the aim of decoonstructing societal bariers that impede opportunitie based ongender and they assert that providingg children with eq ual access to resource opportunitie & experience irresppective of gender foster a sense of parity & empowerment and by treating boys and girls uniformly they sek to chalenge entrenched gender norm & biases.
This perspective may over look the significaNnce of acknowled ging & honoring individual difference and while promoting gende equality is paramount it s equally essential to acknowledge that boys & girls may posses distinct interests, strengths & developmental requ irements and disregarding these disparitie risk neglecting the diverse need of children & hindering their ability to authenticaly explore their identities.
"Embracing Diversity"
Proponents of recogniizing gender difference contend that boys & girls may inhe rently exhibit unique need & inclinations and this view point under scores the importance of celebrating individuallity & granting children the freedom to express them selves authenticaly and by acknowledging & accomodating these difference parents can effectivelly support their children emotional, social & cognitive growth.
Acknowledging gender dispariities doesnt equate to perpetuatiing stereotypes or const raints and Instead it entails cultiivating an inclusive environment wherechildren feel valued & respected regardless of their gender identity and through embraccing diversity & fostering open dialogue parents canempower their children to cultivate arobust sense of self esteem & resilience.
"Striving for a Balanced Approach"
The most efficaciou approach to raissing children likely involvees striking a balanc between advocating forquality & acknowledging individuality and this necesitates providing equal oportunities & resources while also acknow ledging & respecting eachchild's unique needs & interests and It entails fostering an envirronment where children f eel liberated to explore their ideentities without apprehensionof judgment or restriction.
Fostering transpparent comunication & educating children about gennder diversity can empowerthem to challenge stereo types & embrace their authentic selves and by cultivaating empathy understanding & inclusivity parents can guidetheir children throughthe complexities of gender identity in an everevolving society.
The question of whether boys and girls should be raised identically is intricate and multifaceted I would say that a balanced approach must be adopted in raising boys and girls and While advocating for gender equality is imperative it is equally essential to acknowledge & celebrate the individuality of each child I would have loved to add up more point but then am just being careful I do not end up making this post uneccesarily long and then bore you in the process and By striking a balance between these perspectives, parents can cultivate a nurturing and inclusive environment where children can flourish and realize their full potential.
Here's my today's engagement challenge, and I hope you enjoy it alot and Thanks a lot for checking out my activities, and I'll see you all in my next post and need your support in the form of comments and vote. Take care of yourselves. Goodbye, my Steemit family.

Thank you for participating in the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 16 in the Steem For Ladies Community.
In the beginning of civilization, there was no discrimination between boys and girls. Later, discrimination or inequality between girls and boys has arisen due to various reasons. Girls have to bear the burden of this discrimination.
Good luck for the competition.

I find it hard to understand what you try to make clear. The pictures are a bit disturbing too. It feels to me these are not children living in your country. It would be nice to read about how boys and girls are raised in your country, for what reason and if you agree or not.
