Hello everyone, good evening to you all. Hope your day all went as planned? It another beautiful day to write in this wonderful Community. I'm so thrilled to write on this topic tilted "Women and their Personalities.

✅ What is your understanding of “personality”?

Personality can be defined as the distinct set of features, character, traits and behaviors that makes up a human being. It also has to do with the way a person, reasons, thinks and sees things.

Some of the Characteristics of personality includes

• Values

It can be defined as the beliefs, principles and standards an individual holds in high esteem. They're also things that are considered worthwhile.

• Attitude

It can be defined as the way a person reacts to people, things, objects e.t.c.

• Emotions

This is the way a person views and process emotions.

• Habits

It can be defined as the behaviors we exhibit constantly. It can be positive, example reading, hardwork and it can also be negative example nail-biting, smoking, gluttony.

✅ What should be the personality of a women?

They'e some unique personality women as individuals should exhibits, some of them includes.

• Confidence

This is the ability to belief in oneself at altimes.

• Independence

Gone by are the days when women are seen as the weaker sex. A woman should be able to make her own decisions and also take responsibility for her actions.

• Authenticity

A woman should be genuine and trustworthy. Her yes should be her yes and her no be her no.

• Kindness

She should also be considerate and love to care for others.

• Bold and Courageous

A woman should be fearless and bold.

✅ How can you increase the value of your own personality as a woman?

I aimed to increase the value of my personality by doing the following.

• Setting boundaries

Learning to say no at times and also understand that I can't please everybody.

• Authenticity

Being truthful and genuine to myself and other people.

• Self care

Prioritize self care, always taking care of my mental, physical and emotional well-being. Always doing things that makes me happy.

• Personal development

Working hard towards developing myself. You can achieve this by taking courses on self development, reading, attending seminars and engaging in positive lifestyle.

• Self discovery

Work on developing myself as a woman. Pursue your passion.

• Maintain good relationships

Build and maintain positive relationships with people because no one is an island.

• Courageous

Learn to be bold and confidence, believe in myself at altime.

✅ Is there a woman in your life who has an attractive personality that inspires you?

Yes my elder sister is one woman I admire her personality and aspire to be like her one-day. She is kind, beautiful, smart, understanding, humble, diligence, hardworking, bold, and Courageous.
