On our way
I woke up at exactly 6.30am in the morning, said my morning prayers, thanking God for his awesomeness. After that, I made banga stew with white rice. After cooking, I prepared and left the house with my sister Mmesoma. We went to Obidon ICT centre in Onitsha to register her for JAMB (Joint Admission Matriculation Board).
At the center
The JAMB exam is a yearly exam that you must write before you qualify to apply for any University in my country Nigeria. On getting there, we meet a large queue. When it got to our turn to pay for the form, i told the lady that I will transfer the money to her with my phone and she asked me to go downstairs and do it.
On getting there, I thought that they owned the place and there was no extra charges. To my dismay, after transferring the money to them, they charged an extra amount for the service charge. Had it been I know, I would have gone to the bank to withdraw the money because I was with my debit card. Had already transferred the money before she told me about the charge and the girl was very rude.
Withdrawing from the POS
After that, we went up again to pay the woman, we paid #7000 about 22 steem for the form. We paid extra #1000 about 3 steem to the lady to get my sister's profile code. After getting the code, we submitted the form and waited for them to call her to come and do the thumb printing and face capturing. After waiting for a while, I noticed that the people we came before were attended to before us. When I asked, I discovered that those people in question offered bribe to the workers there. Trust my Country Nigeria with things like this.
Inside the center
After waiting for several hours, I had to leave my sister to finish the process and went home, because I was the only one with the house keys. I got home around 3.15pm. On getting home, I did the house chores that we couldn't do before leaving the house. My sister finally got home and 8.pm in the night. According to her, they attended to her around 6pm and when she finished, she couldn't find a bus immediately to take her home. We finally had dinner, said our night prayers before going to bed.
On my way going home
Thanks for reading through my diary, I invite @seni19, @divinelife and @glorious1 to participate in this contest.
Did the duty of elder sister by taking your sister to Obidon ICT Center and admitting her. Then coming home and making dinner again and praying before eating is very good. I appreciate you sharing with us the whole day's activities. Best wishes to you my friend.

You help your sister register for JAMB. That is how we help each other, and it helps to strengthen the family bond.
