Hello ladies

Tell me which woman does not want to be free to have and pursue her dreams? This is what empowerment can do in the life of a woman. My special thanks to @aviral123 for hosting this contest.

why is it important for a woman to be independent?

Women are amazing beings and needs to be independent. Wait, I will tell you why.

The word independence means From my view point simply means freedom to make to be responsible financially. Freedom to make choices and stand by it.

It is important for a woman to dependent so that she can successfully provide for her self and render help to other.

Another importance for a woman to be independent is because it reduces the employment rate in the society which in turns adds to the country's GDP. And the country's dependancy ratio will go down.

When a married woman is independent, she is able to support her husband in the house financial and other wise. She wouldn't wait until money is given to her before she can solve a problem at home. She goes on to it.

Generally, it is important for a woman to be independent so that she would not depend on people's help for her daily living like taking care of her self and her needs. Women have needs oo hahaha!

Do you think that if a woman becomes self-dependant, will will her life be better?

Well, in my opinion, I think if a woman becomes self-dependant her life would be better..I will tell you why.

Becoming independent takes some process to achieve. For example when a woman is given education, that's a path way to been self dependent. If a woman has a skill and develops it, that's another part way to been self dependent.

A woman becomes self-dependant her life gets better because in the process of becoming self-dependant, growth is taking place. She is learning new things for instance in the school she is enrolled, she getting vast knowledge, she is meeting people and she is improving her life.

So aside the financial part where she is able to take care of her self, her needs and help others, her life is been improved both mentally and otherwise. And her capacity to work is enlarged.

What Does it mean to be self-dependant that a woman will not pay attention to her family?

In my opinion, I feel a self dependent woman should not disregard her family in a bid to pursue her dreams.

When a woman who is self dependent doesn't pay attention to her family, I feel it's not a general term, it just perculiar with her and it should not be generalized that women who are self-dependant doesn't pay attention to family.

To the woman, I know family is priority to her. Therefore, I believe she would not do something that would make her loose family because the woman is a home maker. She is responsible to make her home.

With this been said, I do not agree that when a woman is self dependent she would not pay attention to family. Even if she is too busy there are other means she can make up for family. Infact technology has even made things much easily for the woman to achieve it.

What are the Qualities a woman should have to become self-dependant?

One other interesting abilities or qualities I feel a woman should have in other to be able to be self dependent is A teachable. To be teachable simply means the ability to humble enough to learn from just anybody.

In the bid to be self-dependent, the woman would need to learn things maybe a skill or schooling or something else. So to achieve this she must be teachable. If she is not willing to learn the things she needs to learn she can not break out from the realm of depending on people.

Another quality she should have is the quality of staying through. There are people who know how to start up things but do not know how to continue in it until it works. Some gets discouraged along the line and give up. To be self-dependent is not an easy journey so the quality of staying through comes in. Stay until it works.

The next quality Believe in ones self there are so many women who don't believe in them self. They don't believe bin their abilities or what they can achieve probably because of of past experiences, family background or other reasons.

When a woman start believing in herself then she can achieve just anything she sets her heart to do.
