I hope you all are well. I am actually a new member of this community. Before I became an active member here, I had to leave the steemit platform for a while due to my educational work. But now I am back to my usual work.
So I thought to share my daily dairy post,experiences and feelings with you again.
Ok then, I thought I would share a dairy post with you first.
I chose hospitality management for my higher studies. So for that,I chose SLIIT, a leading private university in Sri Lanka.I chose the Colombo branch,so I am currently living on rent with a few friends, away from home.
So today is Sunday so I thought I would wake up a little late.I wake up early in the morning because I have full-time lectures on weekdays.When I woke up today, my room mate had prepared breakfast with me.
She really treats me like a sister. I thank her for that.
Satisfied with the simple breakfast, we both thought of preparing rice for lunch.
Talking more about the life I am living now, I really felt my mother's appreciation since I had to live apart from her.Because I can't go home often with my busy life due to lectures and assignments,so I always miss her.
I don't think I need to tell you separately about mother's love.
If you are far away from your home, you may feel the emotional topic I am talking about.
So today is a holiday so I cleaned the room and washed the dirty clothes.
For lunch we made yello rice, fish curry and vegetables salad.
Although we are beginners in cooking, the meal was delicious. After that,I read an interesting post on the steemit platform to add something to my life.
In the evening, our other friends came with one of good news. It is about a musical night held at the university.
I am sure it will be a good experience because I have participated in several such events before and they are beautiful memories.
