I am describing below the ingredients that we will need to make today's cooking:
Onion, chilli, kuchi, tomato, kuchi, garlic paste, ginger, cumin etc.
First I washed the fish well with water, then I mixed it very well with little amount of salt, turmeric powder and chili powder and in little oil,I fried very well
then chopped the boiled potatoes into small pieces, fried the boiled potatoes in oil for 5-6 minutes. Then I added chopped onion, chopped pepper, chopped tomato in the oil, fried all the ingredients well. In this, I added the cumin paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, then boiled it with a small amount of water for about 5 minutes, in the meantime, I added the boiled potatoes that were fried earlier, then boiled it for a long time with sufficient amount of water
Then I put the fried fish in the potatoes, after 20 minutes of mixing it very well, in between I covered it with coriander leaves, that's it, my recipe for today is Pangas fish soup with potatoes
Cooking is an art, No matter how good we are at cooking, we have to give the right amount of everything to get the taste.
