SEC19 W6: "Style through my creations"

Greetings Everyone, This is SHOHANA From #Bangladesh

As a graphic designer I learn the use of different photo editing application. At the beginning I learn the functions of Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Illustrator CC. But after finding Canva Pro it became my preference for editing images. It save my time and I can find all those elements that I need to have for editing a perfect image like cover, greeting cards, presentations and many more.

Today I'm here to share my style through my creation using canva pro. To explore more functions and features we need to buy the canva pro and this is more affordable if we join a team. Before starting the steps of my creation I would love to talk about my theme for this. I'm going to share a fast and easy designed anniversary greeting card. I love red so the background of it will be red too. I used elements that was available in canva. Let's get start..!!

Step : 01 :

At first I took a presentation page 16:9 in canva and it was blank. I fill the blank background with red color but I was not happy with the red so I make it dark and almost close to maroon color. You can see the photos I'm going to share as process.

Step : 02 :

Next I look for an element that better express the anniversary greeting with stylish text and textures. The text was in black and I changed the color black to white in next step because white looks pretty good on dark red or maroon. This is my style so I changed it the way I wanted to change.

Step : 03 :

Simply I enlarge the element with the text and fixed it on the middle of the background. The white and yellow looks pretty good on dark red color. I look for balloons to make it the part of this creation and I found my favorite golden color balloons which looks too gorgeous on dark red. Golden and silver color looks awesome on red so I added the ballon in both side of the background.

Step : 04 : After adding balloon on both side of the image I searching the best anniversary line over web and found one and it was,

“Everyday with you is a celebration.”

This romantic line added on the middle of the image, below the anniversary wish. I used simple free text for the line and placed it perfectly. But this was too simple so I wanted to make it more fancy so I added three more elements in next step of edit. Keep scrolling to see..!

Finale Step or result :

I decide to add a cake, gift and flower bouquet at the bottom of the image so I find these three elements and picked them according to my choice or style. The neon cupcake with candle looks cute so I added it first. I find the gift box and flower bouquet in the element section of canva. It was easy and saved my time to make this creation.

Now we can use this Anniversary greeting card to wish our loved one and this card is already symbolize the love as I used the red in background. I think I could add some heart shapes on it but it would look too fancy so I skipped and made it sweet and simple.

I just hope this will be liked by my friends over there and they can feel free to use it to wish their loved one for their anniversary. Canva is easy and simple tool for creation so I highly recommend this if we want to save our time on such creations or designs.
