Week TWO of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 19 is over!

It is only appropriate to start our post by saying thank you to each of you who entered this week’s contest.

You have shared the style of your family with us, and even though we received fewer entries than last week, there is not one post where we could not pick up the love you have for those close to you. We applaud you for that! You are all winners!

Now, over to the nominations.

As per the introduction by the Steemt Team, it is up to the community team to decide how they will select their weekly winners.

Of importance for the team was staying focused on our goals of being fair, transparent, and supportive of ENGAGEMENT.

How did we manage this? We looked at the following:

1. Authors must vote and resteem the contest post
2. Authors must adhere to ALL the rules
3. Authors must post good-quality posts
4. Authors must have shown active engagement with the posts of their fellow Steemians. Quantity and quality are key and NOT most engaged
5. All the members of the team had the right to nominate and vote for posts.

Dear friends, let’s not forget that this is an engagement challenge. Let’s support our fellow Steemians with good-quality comments. You cannot expect to win if you don’t engage with others.
