Welcome The New Tim Of Steem For Ladies Community

Hello all our beloved ladies,...

First, allow us to say thank you to each one of you for all your support, which is helping us to further develop this community so that we can reach our goals together.

However, due to several reasons, we would like to invite some people to join the Steem For Ladies team by opening the opportunity "Moderator Invite" Some time ago. We received 4 very amazing applications and we are very grateful for their willingness.

However, we have chosen two ladies who will join us as a team, and they are;

The team are all hardworking women who are committed to the development of Steemit. It is our belief that through this team support and advice will be shared with love and whole-hearted dedication.

For those of you who are not aware of the duties of moderators;

• Moderators verify posts according to the basic rules of Steemit and on the days assigned to them (no AI content, no plagiarism, bot-free, etc.).
• Moderators are actively involved in the community at all times.
• Moderators at all times uplift the spirit of the community and lend a helping hand by giving advice and guidance.
• Moderators commit to the growth of the community and Steemit.
• Moderators launch contest posts with the consent of the admin.
• Moderators are allowed to promote setting beneficiaries for the community and @null but are not allowed to enforce it.
• Moderators are willing to be part of progressive changes in the community.
• Moderators should follow all the campaigns set out by the Steemit team and also follow the Steemit team's programs, such as taking part in the Engagement Challenges, etc.

We invite more ladies to join this community. Together, we can achieve common goals.
