Tell your Story #34 // A trip to the Crimea

Our trip to Crimea with my family was an unforgettable event that we will remember forever. It was a few years ago, when our eldest daughter turned 7 years old. We've been waiting for this moment for a long time and finally got ready to leave. The trip was full of fun and joy, but the most striking moment was when my daughter for the first time dipped her feet into the water full of Garra Rufa fish.

When we arrived at the coast, the sunny day only emphasized the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The sea glistened in the sun, and the warm wind playfully ruffled her hair. Our daughter, full of delight, was looking forward to the moment when she could try fish peeling. She's been dreaming about this for a long time!

When that moment came, her eyes were shining with happiness. We found a cozy corner on the beach, where fish were swimming in the small clear water. I remembered her saying that she really wanted to know what kind of procedure it was and how it felt to let the fish gently tickle her feet. I'm sure she felt like a real princess at that moment!

As soon as my daughter dipped her feet into the water, the fish immediately surrounded her, stuffing her with small pellets of dead skin. She laughed and screamed at the unexpected sensation, but quickly calmed down and began to reflect on what a funny procedure it was. I watched her with a smile, understanding how important such moments are filled my heart with joy.

We spent the whole day laughing and enjoying each other, and this trip became a real little celebration for our family. It seems to me that such memories bring us closer and help us understand how important the simple joys of life are.

When I returned home, I thought about how important it is to sometimes allow yourself even the simplest joys. You should not postpone your dreams for later, because life is short, and you need to be able to enjoy every moment. Even if it's a simple trip or an unusual procedure that gives you a smile and positive emotions.

This trip to Crimea was not only an unforgettable adventure for our daughter, but also reminded us all that we need to please ourselves and our loved ones more, without denying ourselves small pleasures. After all, it's moments like this that make our lives brighter and more fulfilling!
