                    *TODAY MY TOPIC IS PAIN*

Whenever it comes to choosing something, I don't understand anything, and in any case whenever I chose something, I never got it. Similarly, choosing a topic from this competition becomes a very difficult task. But as far as pain is concerned, it does not have to be chosen, it can happen to anyone at any time.

Although there are many types of pain, but the main types are pain caused due to physical damage and pain caused due to damage to our nerves, the third is mental pain, which is the pain that affects our heart and brain.

Pain is one of the most important signals our body gives us to help us survive. Pain can alert us to harmful changes in the body, serious illnesses before they occur, or help us avoid something harmful.

Any human being can experience pain due to injuries such as cuts, burns, bruises or fractures. It can also be caused by some abnormal health conditions that cause inflammation such as arthritis, osteoporosis and inflammation of the intestines.

Inflammation of the intestines is mostly caused by stomach diseases. Due to carelessness in eating and drinking, various types of infections occur in the stomach and intestines of humans.

When God created this world, he sent us equipped with emotions and feelings, one of these feelings or feelings is the feeling of "pain", this is such a word or feeling for which even our modern vegans have not been able to find a cure till now.

The human mind is so soft that it takes anything to heart and then it experiences pain.

It is not necessary that we will feel pain only when we get a physical injury, we are made so emotional by God that we can feel pain on any small thing.

There are some pains which give unbearable pain to us humans, especially to our great women. One of these pains is the pain experienced at the time of childbirth, which we call labour pain in common language.

But our women know that the outcome of this unbearable pain will bring good results, and that is why the great women of the whole world rejoice in joy after getting their children even after enduring this unbearable pain.

I tell you the truth that if any man had endured such pain of labour pain even once, then perhaps all the women of this world would have received more respect from men.

The physical injuries and wounds of humans which cause pain can be treated, and for this many medicines can be given, and can be cured by surgery.

But there are some mental pains due to which we humans may have to reach a state of depression, like after failing in love, any man or woman feels as if his/her world has ended, and it takes a lot of time to recover from such pain.

These internal wounds are much more dangerous than the wounds visible on the outside. Because till date no medicine, pill, capsule or operation has been invented to treat these pains. The only cure for this pain is time, because as time passes, a person keeps trying to forget that pain.

In the end all I want to say is that we need to take a lot of precautions to avoid these pains, which requires physical caution as well as mental caution, and by doing this we can get rid of many unwanted pains.

But I also want to say that no one can predict what will happen and what will not happen. All this happens at the command of the great God, the creator of the universe. No human being can interfere in this.
