I hope you are all well by the grace of God. I'm fine too. Today I'm here to participate in a awesome contest in the Steem For Ladies community organized by respected @ruthjoe maam.
Today I am sharing with you an educational incident that happened to me.
When I first created my bank account. At that time, I had no idea about the banking system. So after opening an account in the bank, I took an ATM card from the bank. So that it would be much easier for me to make transactions. I did not have to waste a lot of time going to the bank and standing in line.
- The fact that I can transact money at any time using the ATM card in the booth is the main reason for my interest.
On the first day, I went to the booth with one of my friends. Since I did not have much idea about banking services before, I took his help. So one evening, both of us went to the Islami Bank booth. So, I took his help and deposited the money in the booth.
Then a message came to my phone. Before I saw the message, my friend checked the message and said that everything was fine. Then, trusting, I did not check again. This was my biggest mistake. After two or three days, I suddenly felt like I had read the message carefully and saw that no money had been deposited in my account. I was very nervous and did not know what to do, so I first told my friend, but he could not say anything. Then I checked my account myself with the help of Google. I found out the bank statement and found that the money was deposited in my account and then withdrawn again. But I did not receive any money. Then I contacted the bank. After contacting, I found out that my money was stuck in the booth due to network problems.
Then I contacted the bank, what should I do now to solve my problem. Then the bank authorities told me to contact 16259 for online banking services. My bank account was an Islami Bank account, so I tried to contact 16259. After many attempts, I was able to contact them. I told them about my problem and they asked me to file a complaint. I followed their advice and filed a complaint. Then they told me that they would resolve my problem within 7 working days.
But again due to network related problems my problem is not solved my account still no money has come. I contacted them again they said the same thing again.
- After waiting I got a message on my phone after 12 days. Then money is coming in my account.
I learned from this incident that before doing any work you have to understand it well. And it is not right to rely on others for any of your work. You should do your own work carefully. You have to check it well while doing a work and after. I had to face a lot of problems because of a small mistake. Since that incident I have become much more careful before doing any work. I hope you will also become more careful from my incident. Everyone will be very well.
