Contest! The Diary Game – #19: Share your day with us!

Hello friend....I came here back to see you.how are you my guys.yesterday was a busy day for me. Now I'm sharing my 25th of December Diary.
That day I had busy schedule.Thatday I woke up at 6.30am.After I showered and got ready to go cake class. I like to make cakes.It is one of my hobby.class was started at 9.00am. I went to class by public transport.That day we learnt verity of birthday cake. I'll show you photos today that we made.

That day we made doll cake,spider man cake and edible printing cake.i learnt many tips about making cakes. And we enjoyed today class very well. The class was ended about 1.30 pm. That day my duty time was 1.00pm.But I didn't go duty on time because of Class.As soon as the class ended, I quickly came to the workplace by bus.I was very hungry at that time. As soon as I got to work, I had lunch with my friends.

I work at a pharmacy. It's name SAHANA PHARAMACY Karapitiya. I like my work place.because I can do my duty with my friends freely.they are very understanding and helping each others.In free time, we have fun at will.some time , we eat ice cream, chocolates like that.

My duty off time was 9pm.After came home I showered and had my dinner.

My dinner was very tasty. My mother was cooked yellow rice, dhal curry , fried kankun and fried sausages. The time was 10.00pm. U
I had to make special thing.Do you know what is that....okay I'll tell you.its a birthday cake. Today my brother's birthday 🎂🎂. So I want to make a cake by my hand for you.Already he was slept.so I can make a cake for surprise him. I made a 1 kilo ribbon cake. We want some ingredients for it.

🔴Flour 250g
🔴Suger 250g
🔴Butter 250g
🔴5 eggs
🔴2 tbs vanilla
🔴2 tbs baking powder

First, I beat the butter. Then I added sugar. After the butter and sugar were well beaten, I added one egg each while beating and added vanilla. Finally, with the help of specula, I added 250g of bread flour mixed with baking powder to the butter mixture and made the batter. Then put the batter in the cake tray and put the cake tray in the preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake it for 50 minutes. I'll show you final out look .

When I was very happy, the cake is baking.then I kept the baked cake for cool.Accourding to the next step, after cooling the cake I was icing it by using nozzles and pink coloring. Cake decorating is like a meditation.Because we a quality of patience for it.

Then I decorated the cake.The time was 1.00 am.I made the cake till 1.30 at night. I was very tired. I worked all day .Then I quickly cleaned the kitchen. When my brother woke up in the morning, I had the cake in the fridge to surprise him. Then I went to bed. I am really happy about that day. I have benefited a lot from thatday. At the end of the day, when I remember the work done on the day, I feel very happy.
