Cooking tutorial: Chickpea curry with flatbread💗

How are you going on ladies?? Hope everyone is fine and nice by the mercy of Almighty. I am here again to share a delicious recepie with you. Although I don't share recepie post usually but I love cooking so much.. So I want to share one of my recepie with you and this is chickpea fried curry with soft flatbread. Hope you all will like this delicious, healthy and nutritious food item so much..

Let's start cooking...

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS

For chickpea curry:

Chickpea500 gm
Potato5-6
WaterAs required
OilAs required
Mixed seasoning spices1 teaspoon
Salt2.5 teaspoon
Turmeric powder2 teaspoon
Coriander powder2 teaspoon
Cumin powder1 teaspoon
Green chili6-7 (chopped)

Chopped coriander


For flatbread:

PROCEDURE

STEP 1
Take water in a half portion of a large pan and set it on the stove for boiling. Put the washed chickpeas and 5-6 potatoes in the water to boil. It can take 20 minutes to boil the chickpeas and potatoes. Check 2-3 chickpeas by pressing whether these are well boiled. Then pour the boiled items in a strainer and pour cold water on these. Remove the peels of potatoes.

STEP 2
Now place the pen on the stove and pour required amount of oil in it after the pan is dried. Wait several minutes to increase the oil temperature. When the oil become hot add 2 teaspoon of mixture of five seasonings in it. When the color of seasoning become darker add the boiled potatoes by mashing these. Stir these for 1 minute. Then add the boiled chickpeas in the pan and stir these well.

STEP 3
Add the chopped green chili in the preparation and then add the salt and turmeric powder in it; stir well. Add small amount of water when stirring. After 7-8 minutes add the cumin powder and coriander powder and mix well. Turn off the oven after 2 minutes. Add the chopped coriander and mix. The chickpea curry is ready now.

STEP 4
Now flatbread is to be made to serve with the chickpea. Set a small amount of water for boiling. Take desired amount of flour in a bowl. Add the boiled water in it and mix well with a wooden stick. Make a nice dough and prepare several small balls of it. Roll the balls on a flat surface with a smooth wooden stick and make the beautiful flatbreads.

STEP 5
Place the flatbread on a hot and flat pan. Keep the temperature high and slight burn the flatbreads one by one. Thus these are ready to serve.
