• As a mother, I have a menu for my daily routine that I carry out first on my list is

• breakfast
• preparing of child for school
• house choice
• lunch
• resting and
• of course my article-writing

I have made prayer my obligation to carry out first thing in the morning when I find myself breathing healthy and sound because any other activities cannot be performed if I am not alive and for me to Be Alive is by God's Grace so I need to give thanks to his name before stepping out for any other activities when I'm through, with that I prepare breakfast for my kids because is healthy to eat something in the morning for the enzymes of your stomach to have something to feed on and stay healthy to fighting against any disease that might eat up our functional cells

preparing my son for school is one of the routines I do during the weekdays education is very paramount in our children's lives and for them to be on the school premises early I have to prepare them and take them to school after that I do the cleaning, fetching of water, cooking of lunch and because once they return home they will be hungry so I made lunch for them after that I take some rest is healthy to have rest after working hard

so that you can regain your energy for another activity writing of article is one of the routines I do in my menu because is the one that provides me with income to have a job in Nigeria right now is hard and meeting the platform was a great source of help for me so I made it a daily routine to write or comments and vote on other friends article.

Yes some of the routines used to be changed because it's not everyday that I prepared my son for school and it's not every day that I have chance to rest after a long work

because prayers are one of the keys to life is the strength of my feet prayers has been the best routine I have in my menu because it's never change

giving thanks to God for the gift of life and energy can never be enough because when I look around there are so many people who found themselves in the hospitals and some in a barrier ground wondering what happened to their life but I was privileged to be alive sound and healthy so this part of the routine doesn't change.

No, I really didn't have a routine when I was a kid because I knew that every task that carry out was given to me by my parents because I couldn't make decisions or carry out activities on my own I could remember clearly my mum always asked me to wash my face brush my teeth take my bath, go to school but as time passes by I do all those things by myself I decide as an adult and I stand for my action I prepared my menu according to my test and I carry each of these routine as time passes by, I make changes in some of them while others remain constants those are my routine,

Yes, it is important to have a daily routine because it helps us to stick to plants and it helps us to have a directive of what we want to do at a time. having a routine is like mapping directions to your house it guides you and it helps you to land at your destination Successfully preparing a daily routine helps mothers with their children's activities and it helps you in cleaning your environment helps you to meet up with friends it help you to meet up with your work plan and it gives you rest when it's necessary daily routine is very essential to life.
