I believe the secret for all the successful people out there is their daily routine. They have their days well planned and ready to face any adventures on the new day. That's what inspires me to follow my daily routine. I'm grateful to our friend @shiftitamanna for organizing a contest on a valuable topic that helps to enlighten a person's life.

✅ What is your daily routine and is it usually the same routine every day?

After becoming a mother, my daily routine has changed a lot. I mainly focus only on my baby's care and all other necessary house chores to run the day smoothly. Some days, it's very challenging to stick to one routine. Because with a baby, we can't predict how the day will unfold. There are changes in my daily routine, and I'm trying my best to establish a routine that is convenient for both myself and the baby. So I can easily carry out my daily tasks.

My daily routine includes freshening up early and doing all the important house chores before the baby wakes up. I try to manage all my work during my baby's nap time. It is the most effective method for me and my baby to spend our day peacefully without being stressed.

✅ Have you ever changed your routine?

Yes, as I mentioned above we can't stick to a routine always. There are days when we have to adjust and be flexible to carry out our tasks. My day always depends on my baby's mood. If he is in a good mood and not clingy always, Then I'm able to follow my daily routine while taking care of him.

However, there are days when he is a bit fussy and demands more attention from me. During such days I'm deviating from my daily schedule focusing on only what's the top priority for the day.

✅ Is your routine the same as it was when you were a kid?

No, my childhood routine was not exactly the same. It changed with time. Growing old means more responsibilities and more tasks add up to our daily routine.

However, some things remain the same until we get old. Keeping time for personal care and giving time for my loved ones, I love keeping my room tidy and I love to spend some time enjoying the nature around me. I think I always keep space for these tasks in my daily routine.

✅ Do you think it is important to have a daily routine?

Yes, it is essential for a person to have a daily routine as it eventually aids personal growth. Developing healthy habits improves a person's overall well-being. Following a daily routine makes a person more organized and less stressed. Scheduling the day brings lots of benefits to a person's life as:

• He/She is prepared for the task beforehand.
• Can be aware of the day's priorities.
• Reduce stress on an important event.
• Gets a great idea on time management.
• Being organized increases self-confidence.
• Less chance of missing something important that has to be done on that particular day.
• Can easily adjust to any situation as everything is organized and managed.
