"Photo of the Week"

"My Photo of the Week": This moment captured in my life is truly precious. This is one of the most recent memories that I captured, And I think this photograph makes me recall a lovely evening spent with my loved ones. Spending that evening with my beloved family made it even more memorable. And trust me, it was one of the best sunsets that I had ever witnessed in my life.

The golden light streamed through the majestic mountains and the cold breezy wind rushed through me making it an enchanting moment. I was astonished by the beauty of nature that is around the temple premises. For a moment I felt lost in the beauty of nature. I couldn't believe my eyes!

This was a temple located on top of a mountain in the heart of Balangoda town. From a distance, we saw a white Buddha statue gracefully preside over the town, making it a breathtaking sight for anyone passing by. The temple on top of the mountain made me more excited to visit.

The road to this temple was an adventure in itself. Due to the steep roads, we had to pass, I was a bit anxious throughout the journey to the top of the mountain. But with the assistance of Google Maps, we were finally able to reach our destination safely. The moment I arrived at "Shailathalaramaya Temple", I knew it was worth it.

The glorious evening sunset and the well-maintained temple premises brought me a feeling of tranquility and serenity. It made me realize how fortunate the people living around this temple are. It's a place where one can come anytime to find peace in their mind and soul. The beautiful nature around me made me click photographs everywhere I see. And this was the best photograph I have clicked. Everything in this picture feels perfect to me.

Unfortunately, my phone's battery died, and in that moment of need, I had my dad's Samsung J7 Pro with us as a life savior. Thanks to the phone I was able to capture this precious moment just because of that. This photograph clicked by me reminds me of the importance of spending cherished moments with our loved ones enjoying nature. This picture is truly a treasure that I hold close to my heart forever.
