Greetings, Fine Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!
Coming to you a day late (but not "a dollar short!") with this week's Caturday update... the Hoomans were very busy yesterday, so there was no time for blogging... and since I don't have opposable thumbs, I can't use the keyboard on my own!
Paying attention to the toy!
Anyway, there always seems to be plenty of time for cat photos, so I'm glad to be able to share some of them with you all today!
Nala, posing
Both kittens have already grown quite a bit just in the three weeks they have been with us. It seems like Shangri, in particular, is going to become a fairly large cat. He's already quite long and lanky, and has quite large paws.
Shangri, chilling...
So far, we have limited the kittens' and Smudge's time together so she can gradually get used to them and their high energy. She is, after all, almost 20 years old and who knows when she last was around very young cats.
Rapidly growing kittens!
Personally, I do enjoy playing with them but after a while I let them know that I have simply had enough of their shenanigans, and head off to my own corner of the house to have a good nap!
Enjoying a nap in the sunshine!
Meanwhile, I'm happy to see that the crypto markets seem to at least be thinking about turning positive.
It's a welcome change, and particularly given that September so often is a really bad month for crypto.
Smudge, looking a bit stern
Wouldn't it be nice if we could get back to something like $0.50 Steem again, maybe even by the end of the year?
Well, not going to hold my breath, of course... but a cat can dream, can't he?
Sharing a toy, and a sunny spot
Not getting my hopes up, and for now I will just focus on reaching my SteemPower goal of 3,000SP for the year... we'll see how that goes!
Thanks for coming to visit our cat blog, and we hope to see you again!

Nice cats; we rescued a stray female last year who had four kittens and then proceeded to die on us two weeks later. One year later, we wouldn't trade any of our four kitties for all the money in the world.
