Greetings FIne Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

We ended up being late for Caturday this week because our Internet was out for part of the day, but isn't it always a good time to share cat photos?

Nala and Shadow are best friends!

We have had a rather slow week because both the Mom-Hooman and the Dad-Hooman have had colds this week, something they evidently picked up at the event they attended last weekend. That seems to be the problem, these days: If you venture out into some kind of public place with many people, you're likely to pick up something!

The Mom-Hooman was in bed for a couple of days... which was definitely nice for cats, as we went and visited her and slept on the bed. Cats can be very healing, you know!

All in all, it has not been the greatest of weeks for the Hoomans.

The Dad-Hooman learned that one of his relatives died yesterday, so he has gone from feeling sad because he wasn't feeling well, to being sad because someone he cared about passed away.

Sometimes, life is just not easy!

I just hope the Hoomans will be back to full good health before we celebrate Thanksgiving, next week. It's never fun to be feeling sick during a holiday!

Thankfully, we cats have each other to hang out with, these days... and I think everyone won the "cat lottery" because we all get along so well!

Shangri, napping

The kittens are growing up quite fast!

They have been with us for almost three months now, and they have grown up so much! We estimate that they are now about 8 months old.

Shangri is already almost as large as Shadow, but he still has a ways to go to fully grow into his very large paws!

At least naptime means they are not getting into something!

Well, it is going to be a somewhat short update this week, as we have a somewhat sketchy Internet connection at the moment, due to inclement weather!
