Greetings fine Felines and Hoomans of Steemlandia!

We have made it to the weekend, and to my favorite day of the week: Caturday!

We missed last Caturday because the Hoomans were busy with one of their "events" and I still don't know how to use the computer by myself! So there was nothing for it but to give it a miss and nap instead.

This weekend life is pretty quiet around here, so we're back!

Time certainly does seem to go by very quickly!

Not only is the end of June at hand, but we are now halfway through the year.

I can't say I'm very impressed with 2024 so far, and can only hope the 2nd half will be better. It's funny how often we declare that a new year "can't be any worse" than the previous... and then it turns out even worse.

We have had a very wet and cold month here... makes the Hoomans sad because their vegetable garden is not growing well, but I am very grateful to be an indoor cat at such times!

I would love to see a turnaround in the second half of the year, but I am not going to hold my breath!

"Kitten talk" continues around here... hopefully we'll have a couple of new little furballs join the household within a few months.

The idea is both exciting and terrifying at the same time!

At least it will give us an excuse to post many more cat pictures!
