Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is about "Acne". So let's start the task without any more delay of time.

What do you understand by acne?

I think, everyone is familiar with the word acne, because it happens in everyone's life especially during the age to 12-16. This is because, in that times the hormones in our body works at their peak and among them, the hormone secrets sebum from the sebaceous glands. So when they secrets sebum at a very high quantity, it cloges and converts into pores.

Anyway, the acne is a very common condition of skin occurs when the hair follicles filled with the oil, skin becomes dead, and other conditions as well. The intensity and the production of acnes can be moderate to severe based on quantity of sebum production and the age factor as well. If the acne left untreated, they can damage the skin.

Write some natural treatments to overcome this problem.

The acnes can be treated with various medication and through natural means also, but the natural treatments don't work for everyone because everyone may have a different cause of the spread of acnes. Also, the use of products of their own may damage the skin and can increase the production of acnes. They can also cause allergies on the skin which will create more problems. Anyway, let's have a look at some treatment through which we can cure acnes:

• Try to stay hydrated, avoid oily and fried foods because they boosts the production of sebum.

• Try to use anti acne creams which contains retinoids and tretinoin etc.

• Also, try to use the tea tree because it has an antimicrobial and antiinflammatory property.

• Also try to use the antibiotics creams and serums to reduce the acnes on your face.

Give some home remedies to cure acnes

Yes, the several types of home remedies can be used to cure acnes and in my country Pakistan, the people use them and believe that, the home remedies can cure acnes better than the medical treatment. So to do that, they mix different types of herbs and other things to make home remedies. Let's have a look at some of the most famous home remedies to cure acnes:

• Green tea toner
• Aloe vera mixed with multanni Mitti
• Turmeric Paste
• Use of cucumber
• Use of cucumber
