What is Alopecia?

Yes friends the alopecia is a medical term which is commonly known as hair loss and it can be found in both males and females depending on its type and severity. It can lead to hair loss from any part of the body but most of the cases it affects the hair of head and can make the people bald within a shorter interval of time. This is because it is an autoimmune disease due to which our own immune system start affecting the hair follicles on our body.

In this way it start damaging the structure and affect the growth of hair very badly which results in hair loss from any specific part of the body especially the head. But sometimes it may cause hair loss from the whole body of an individual but it all depends upon the condition of one's health and the severity of disease. So if you feel that problem immediately go for medical specialist for treatment.

Write about patterns of alopecia

Indeed the alopecia is a very dangerous disease which vary from person to person depending on their conditions of body and other situations. But their patterns holds a great significance in their rapid increase. This is because the alopecia affects the people through different patterns and in most of the cases their severity depends on them. Anyway let's discuss about some common patterns of alopecia.

1. Alopecia Areata;

• It is the pattern of alopecia in which the hair loss occurs in the form of small patches and these patches can be found at any part of the body including head, face and at the moustache areas.

2. Alopecia Universalis;

• Alopecia universalis is another pattern of alopecia which lead towards the severe hair loss from the whole body. It cause hair loss from eyebrows, head and eyelashes as well.

3. Alopecia Totalis;

• It is quite similar to the alopecia universalis this is because it also cause the loss of hair from the whole body. When that condition occur not a single hair left on the body of affected person.

4. Androgenetic Alopecia;

• It is one of the most common type of alopecia which affects both males and females. This is because it mostly cause due to genes as from its name but it can be most dangerous for the people.

Write about treatment of alopecia

Yes the alopecia is a curable disease but it all depends upon the condition of the patient and severity of the disease and then seeing all these things the medical specialties suggest the people which one can be a better treatment to combat with that disease. Anyway let's discuss about the ways and methods through which the alopecia can be treated perfectly.

• First of all we should try to take the medicine which can stimulate the growth of hair and reduce hair fall. In this regard minoxidil and propecia can be used because they reduce the hair fall.

• We should prevent our hair and body from the exposure of harmful chemicals which can affect the hair follicles and increase the chances of getting alopecia.

• Also we should try to inhibitors drugs which are present in oral form and in the form of injections. These inhibitors can inhibit the spread of alopecia in further parts of body.

• During the medications don't forget to take vitamin, minerals such as biotin and other things which are very helpful in growth of hair and can put some positive impacts on hair health.

• In addition if through these medication the alopecia remain uncontrolled then go for laser treatment or hair transplant because then it is the only solution left to deal with alopecia.
