Hello dear friends! Welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Bloating is the stomach disorder which comes with the swelling around the abdomen and create a lot of problems for us. This is because, when we are suffering from bloating, we face a feeling of tiredness and fullness. The bloating leads towards other problems associated with the diseases on the small and large intestine. Besides them, lets have a look at some of the most symptoms of bloating:
Due to bloating, the people may suffer from mild or severe pain in the abdomen and in stomach as well.
They can feel the presence of excessive gas inside their stomach, intestines and in the esophagus as well.
A fullness or swelling around the abdomen and inside the stomach.
- They can suffer from nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea because of bloating.

Yes, the bloating can be caused due to several reasons especially when you having an imbalanced diet since a long interval of time. Now a days, the people prefer to eat foods prepared with a lot of oil, spices and other material which affect their digestive system and create a lot of problems for them and among them, the bloating is also present. By the way, let's have a look at some of the the materials which can contribute to the increase of bloating:
When an excessive amount of gas increases inside the digestive tract, it causes swelling which leads towards bloating.
When the people eat a lot of foods which passe the range of their stomach's capacity leads towards overacting and eventually ends with bloating.
- Feeling difficulty in defecation and suffering from constipation since a long interval of time, can cause bloating.

My friends, a slight change in the lifestyle, in diet and with the help of some home remedies we can cure bloating at our own house. Because there are many things which can be helpful to reduce the bloating and make our lives easier. Among them, the ginger tea is top of the list because a very useful compound is present in ginger named as gingerol which has an ability to reduce inflammation and kill the bacteria with the presence of antibacterial property.
So having a ginger tea upto seven day on regular basis, reduce the intensity of bloating in our stomach and digestive system. Secondly, at home we can use the peppermint tea to deal with the bloating because the peppermint has antispasmodic property which helps to reduce the bloating by relaxing digestive muscle with the release of gas from it. Besides them, we can use many other things to reduce bloating.
