Hello dear friends! Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is "Bone Health". So let's start without any more delay of time.

What do you understand by the means of bone Health?

Yes dear friends as we all know our body is composed of different organs, nerves, tissues and bones. When all these things are combined together they make our body. But Among them the a network of connective tissues and hard dense structures are called bones which perform various functions in our bodies. One of the main bone in our body is backbone on which the whole structure of our body us build. It gives support and connection to other bones which are interlinked with it.

But here the bone health is very crucial for us as if our bones are weak, they will remain unable to provide support, movements and connection to our body which can create various problems for us. Actually the bone health is consists of various things including the density of bones, their condition and many other things are related to it. When our bone health isn't good we may get prone to various diseases including the osteoporosis, joint pains and arthritis etc.

What are the Key factors and tips in maintenance of bone health?

Indeed maintaining a good bone health is very crucial for us as if our bones are health and strong we will remain healthy and safe but on the other hand if our bones are weak our lives can become miserable. This is because the bones are one of the key component in the structure and proper functioning of our body. So according to me the following tips can be useful to maintain a good bone health.

1. Balanced Diet;

  • The balanced Diet is very important for us to live a healthier life so for the betterment of bone health try to intake the foods which contains calcium, minerals and vitamins.

2. Exercise Regularly;

  • Always do an exercise on regular basis especially those exercises in which your bones take an active part. It will make your bones even stronger and better also improve your overall health.

3. Healthy Lifestyle;

  • Try to adopt a healthier lifestyle and avoid all those activities which aren't good for health including the smoking, weed and alcohol consumption. Also go to the doctor for a regular check up of your health.
Tell us about the foods which helps to keep bone health?

The nutrition and foods are also very important to keep our bone health good and in this regard there are many foods and diets which can boost our bone health and make them more stronger. In this regard I suggest you to take diary products such a milk, yoghurt as they contain a huge amount of vitamin D, zinc, phosphorus and iron which are essential for bones betterment. Also intake those products which contains proteins, fats and other nutrients.

In addition also take the green vegetables which contains a good quantity of vitamin k, calcium and magnesium as they have a great role in maintaining the bone health. Also try to intake omega3 fatty acid which is present in fish lever oil and in salmon. This is because they make our bones more stronger and in this way our bones can bear a high pressure or weight easily. These were some steps through which we can make our bones strong.
