Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @suboohi in this Healthy Steem community. The topic of this contest is about "Healthy Liver". So let's start the task without any more delay of time.
What do you understand by healthy liver? |

Friends, as we all know that the liver is the largest and one of the most vital organ in our body as it takes a part in various body functions including the filtering toxins, processing nutrients, producing bile and storing energy. Due to all these reasons, it is very important to keep our liver healthy and fit so we can stay healthy and the functions of body can be done in a perfect way. A slight disfunction in the liver can create various problems for us. Let's have a look at some of the signs and symptoms which tell that our liver is healthy:
When the digestion is happening perfectly i.e you are not facing any bloating and discomfort inside the stomach, it means that your Liver is healthy.
When the color of your eyes isn't pale yellow and the color of your skin is also fair i.e not yellow, it means that your Liver is healthy and working well.
If you have normal appetite and you eat well right according to your routine and also your weight is stable, these signs tell that your Liver is healthy and fit.

Indeed, it is very crucial for us to keep our liver healthy and avoid such things and habits which can affect our health and create problems regarding our liver. So let's have some tips to keep our liver healthy:
Try to stay away from bad habits like smoking, drinking and alcohol consumption because they can affect the normal functioning of Liver.
Try to maintain a healthy and balanced diet which is composed of essential nutrients, minerals vitamins and other things are good for liver.
Always stay hydrated and drink at least 10 glass of water every day and also have an exercise for about one hour daily.
Try to keep yourself fit by maintaining a healthy weight because obesity is the mother of disease which can produce disease in the liver.
Give any example of health problem due to liver disfunction. |

Well, there are many diseases and problems which can be caused by the liver disfunction and make the lives of people miserable. If we talk about the liver borne diseases, they can be the hepatitis A, B, C, D and E which is basically the inflammation of liver caused due to the infections, alcohol consumption and intake of dangerous toxins. The hepatitis and it's symptoms can affect the health of people very badly. If it left untreated, it may end up with the death of an individual. Besides this, the other diseases can be the:
- Jaundice
- Fatty Liver Diseases
- Liver Cancer
- Liver Failure
- Portal Hypertension
