What is sore Eyes?

EYES SORE, which is also called ophthalmalgia according to medical term, is a shap stabbing pain and discomfort, irritation, redness, and pains of the eye. If its sensitive to light for too long. It can be mild or severe, sometimes it also disappears without treatment. If pain is severe and continuous, it might be a sign of an underlying infection. Eye pain can develop from difference causes, including dry eyes, allergies, glaucoma and acute trauma.

What advice can you give to deal with eye strain or irritatio ? Especially for those that spend a lot of time on screens

✅ Give yourself a frequent breaks: try the 20 - 20 - 20 rule in every 20 minutes, change your direction of looking and look at something 30 feet away from you for at least 30 seconds in other to give your eyes a break from the screen. You can also prevent yourself from sore eyes by adjusting your screen brightness to the comfortable standard of your eyes.

✅ frequently blink your eyes: Blinking of eyes helps to moisten your eyes and reduce dryness, most importantly when staring at screens or brightness for a long time. Avoid glare and harsh light that can develop eye strain.

✅ Blue light filters: always use a blue light filters on your device screens, such as phone, laptop, and even your room or wear a blue light blockage glasses so as to reduce eye strain from prolonged screen time.

✅ Regular check up: practice a regular eye check up so that you can detect any vision problems on time and give an appropriate treatment to it immediately.

There is no other magic treatment than I have listed, so in my best of knowledge and from a long time experience I will strongly, boldly encourage them to follow and put in practice the above mentioned for a great and better change.

Excellent tips on dealing with eye strain and irritation, I completely agree with the 20-20-20 rule, frequent blinking, and using blue light filters and also regular eye check-ups are also crucial for detecting vision problems early...thanks for the invite wish you all the best.
