WHY THEY IS A NEED TO SAY GOODBYE TO MEDICATION
Normally I don't take drugs, I stopped taking drugs since I was ten. There are reasons why it is necessary to say goodbye to medicines.
✅ SIDE EFFECTS: most medications can have adverse effects in the body system, causing discomfort symptoms or reactions. In this case it is very necessary to stop taking the medication in order to alleviate the side effects.
✅ COST OF ACCESSIBILITY: medicine can be very expensive and may not always be affordable to everyone. In such case it may be important to discontinue the medication because of limited availability or financial constraints. Most expecialy people without insurance.
✅ PREFERENCE OF NATURAL REMEDIES: many people including me prefer prefer natural homes remedies or alternative treatments to treat their health conditions rather than sleeping on medication.
But it is very important to go closely with health care providers when deciding to any chance of medication regiment to assure that health conditions are well managed and monitored.
HOW CAN WE PREVENT OURSELVES FROM MEDICATION?

There are many ways to prevent medications
✅ PRACTICE PREVENTIVE CARE: have regular check up, vaccination and screening to prevent illnesses so that you can catch up any potential health issues on time before it requires medications.
✅ MAINTAIN HEALTHy LIFESTYLE: develop in eating balance diet, do your exercise regularly, secondly getting enough sleep can also prevent many health conditions from requiring medication.
✅ AVOID TOO MUCH STRESS : many chronic stress can cause health problems which may require medication, so in this case finding ways to manage stress, like exercise or mindfulness meditation can help you prevent the need of meditation.
✅ EDUCATE YOURSELF MOSTLY ON MEDICATION:
There is what we called RISK and ALTERNATIVE. Before you start taking any medicine make sure you fully assimilate or understand the potential risk and side effects. Make sure you discuss alternative treatments opinions with your health care providers to see and know if there is non medication options available.
✅ PRACTICE SELF CARE: engage yourself in activities that provide relaxations and well being, like hobbies, yoga and massage to help you maintain complete health and to reduce the need for medication.
