Water is my smart choice with many reasons, if you doubt then let's look at the meaning of water.

Water is a substance composed of the chemical elements hydrogen and oxygen and existing in gaseous, liquid solid and state. It one of the most plentiful and essential of compound. Our body use water all the time. Water does not have any sweetness, sugar, or conffeine that are often found in others drinks like SPORT DRINKS so water is the best choice.
When you sweat, go to toilet and even when you breathe. Water has no limitations in humans body, it is on the only thing we are encouraged to do everyday by the doctor.

Majority of the useful things in life is made out of water, even the SPORT DRINK in question. It is made out of water and it appears in form of water. The difference is the ingredients or chemicals that transformed the water to be what you choose it to be.

Water does so much than quenching of thirst. It regulate your body temperature, lubrication joints nutrients and aids digestion. No list about our skin would be complete without highlighting the benefits of hydration. You can stay for like one week without food, but you can't last more than few days without water. Water is absolutely crucial in every system in our body.

Like I said earlier, water regulate temperature, it maintain moisture and function optimally overall. If there is any thing this life that we can't joke with, and can't also do without it, is water. For instance, staying hydrated helps in improves digestion, supports brain function cardiovascular health and help our body to remove waste.

If money were not a problem, which one would you choose and why?

Money or no money, I will still make water my choice. Because wether you have money or not you must drink water, but without money you can't afford sports drinks.
We take sports drinks occasionally, because too much of it may result to something dangerous in our body.
Because without water, cell membrance will lack structure, and without proper membrane structure cells, would unable to keep important molecules inside the cell and a harmful molecules outside the cell.

✅ Water helps to relieve constipation.
✅ Water helps treat kidney stones.
✅ Water helps in preventing hangover.

Is water enough for us, or do we need something more?

Water is absolutely enough for us, nothing can replace the benefits of what, but water can replace the benefits of its kind.
It's the most common and the most important thing in humans health.

Have you ever had water with lemon and salt? If so, what was the reason for doing so?

Yes, numerous times I have done that. Water, salt and lemon really works great. The combination helps to hydrate you, get minerals in and start your digestive system for the day. It gives the gut and stomach acidity that's needed for digestive function. And it helps to activate muscles so that it can manage the adrenal system.
