I greet you all members of this great platform and happy Sunday to you all and hope you all enjoyed your day and also your weekend.

It's a new week and it's good to make use of it in a positive way, I must say that I am very happy participating in this contest organised by @edgargonzalez and I know that after reading by entry you will definitely enjoy your self and also learn something from it.

Do you think that stress lead to certain health problems

Yes for me and in my opinion I have learned that stress lead to some health problems.
I say so because I am a living witness and I have seen certain people have health issues because of stress.

They was a woman in my area that is always busy with her self lookin for money up and down because she is a business woman and she priotise her business more than any other thing.
This woman will wake up early morning and go to the market to sell her goods, and will come back home at midnight it continue until she developed a waist pain.

She started feeling severe pain on her waist until the extent of her not able to walk and she was quickly transferred to a very good hospital for serious medical attention but unfortunately it was late because the pain have eaten deeply into her body but they lectured her on how to reduce the pain.
They told her not to stress her self anymore because it was stress that made her to develop waist pain.

Stress sometimes also lead to mental health problem, I am a living witness of a person who always stress his self with works and also thinking about his problems and because of that he became mentally unwell and luckily for him it was noticed quickly and he was rushed to the hospital for medical attention and to God 🙏 be the glory it was treated and the doctor advised him not to stress him self anymore.

Stress also lead to certain health problems like waist pain, headache, throat pain, dizziness etc.
So with what I have mentioned above you will agree with me that stress lead to certain health problems.

I don't leave a stress-free life, you will agree with me that everyone at some point in life stress his or her self in order to get what they want and what is good for them, nothing good comes easy so we all need to struggle and stress ourselves sometimes to have a good life.

I work as a catheter in a restaurant and sometimes I have a stress-free day because they will not be much customer, while some times I used to over stress myself because they will be too much customers to attend to.
So overall I don't always live a stress-free life but overall I always try and enjoy myself whenever I am free and sometimes try and meditate as it reduces anxiety and negative taught from my body.

What activity do you do to keep yourself worry-free and stress-free

Like they always say in Nigeria 🇳🇬 problem doesn't finish so once in a life we should try and enjoy ourselves.
When ever I feel worry that's when something is bordering me I will go and meditate to releive myself and also reduce the stress.

I am a lover of music so each time I feel uncomfortable I will put on my ear phone and start listening to my favourite music, I sometimes sing and enjoy the melody and sometimes I do some excercise.

I live watching movies very much so in order to live a stress-free life I will go to the Cinema and watch the latest movies.

I go to the restaurant and eatery to enjoy myself once in a while and eat my favourite meals till I am satisfied.

This I will say that creating content sometimes gives me stress, they was a time I was about to create a content but I don't even know where to start from because I was tired and demotivated when I saw the topic of the content I was about to create.
So I just went straight to the bed and sleep for about 3 hours and when I woke up I felt much better, ideas started coming into my head and that was how I successfully created that content.
The mental health of a content creator is not easy at all because we sometimes go through alot to create a particular content.

Yes I have experience a certain stressful moment, they was a time I spent about 3 hours creating a content and I really stressed myself because the topic was quite interesting and emotional so I have to give my all to drop a nice entry.
After everything I forgot to save the document and my started malfunctioning, so when I was trying to save it my phone fell down from my hand and went off.
I was very angry because I devoted my time writing that blog and I was very angry that I didn't save, the only option for me was to recreate the content and I wasn't happy at all because I over stress my self that day.

Comparto contigo la idea de que el estrés es causante de muchas enfermedades, muchas personas se enferman de la noche amla mañana a causa del estrés.
Escuchar música, salir a tomar un café en buena compañía eso libera de estrés.
Te puedo decir que yo me estreso muy rápido jajaja mi paciencia se agota rapido!😃
Pero hay que buscar la manera de mantener el control y evitar que las cosas lleguen más lejos!!

Sí, el estrés ha causado muchas enfermedades porque las personas se estresan demasiado.

Pero te aconsejaré que aprendas a vivir una vida libre de estrés porque realmente te ayudará y, si tienes paciencia, intenta tenerla porque La paciencia es una virtud.
