La vitamina D tiene mejor absorción si te expones a los rayos del sol durante el día unos 10 a 15 minutos son suficientes.
Así lo hago yo y he tenido buenos resultados.
Tomar mucha agua nos mantiene bien hidratados
Y por supuesto que mantenernos en movimiento es lo mejor para nuestro cuerpo.
