Introduction

Its plant is half a yard to a yard high.It has dark green leaves and white-blue flowers on the branches which help in identification.

Its branches bear flowers in clusters followed by small pepper-like fruits that turn pale yellow when ripe. There are two types of it, the fruit of one is black in color and the other is red in color and they have small seeds inside and they taste sweet.

Most people eat it cooked as a vegetable and it is used in various herbal medicines.
It is found in all the plains of Pakistan and India, usually occurring spontaneously during the rainy season.

Benefits

Its temperament is hotter and it chemically expels bile from the blood and increases the fluidity and excretion of the body's internal substances.

It is very useful for jaundice, swelling of the hands, feet and face, swelling of the entire body, bilious itching and water in the stomach.

Enlargement of glands, blockage of urine or irritation in the urinary tract are cured by its use.
If its leaves are coated and heated in some oil and applied to the burnt place, all the boils and wounds that are caused by burning at that place will be cured very quickly.

Its raw water is strongly emetic and sometimes the patient hates it.
Its root is the fervent feeding of sleep.

It is very beneficial for swelling of the liver, kidneys and bowels. By making a curry of its fresh cauliflowers, heat and thirst are satisfied, urine also starts flowing.

Irq Muko is its famous and well-known mixture. It is a very useful herb for liver diseases. It eliminates jaundice in a few days.
