Bone health is the overall strength condition of the skeletal system which is important for mobility and preventing fracture and also supporting the overall well being thought a person's life time. Bone health is characterized by the adequatebone mineral density (BMD) and proper bone microarchitecture.
what are the key factors and tips in mentaince of bone health |

There are some factors that influence bone health which are genetics, nutrition, physical activities, and foods that promote strong bones.
Nutrition nutrition plays an important role in building and maintaining bones. A good example of nutrients that we can take in to maintain our bone health is calcium. Calcium is essential for building the bone structure and it is recommended that people from 15 to 50 years of age should take in calcium at least once a day. And when taking they should not consume much of it.
Also other nutrients that can help in bone health are vitamin d , magnesium,omega 3 fatty acids and even vitamin c contribute positively to the bone health and maintenance.
Physical activities this are one of the things that help people the most when they cannot provide more nutrients for themselves to maintain good bone health they do go out to do some exercises and physical activities like participating in sports like football basketball volleyball and many other sports that can find. Because this helps the joint and muscles to be free from unnecessary pressure that will be on the bone.
Lifestyle choices
This is another major factor that helps greatly in bone care because the things we do and the things we take in also contribute to our bone health. For example not all smokers can walk long distances. Because they have taken in too much hard substances which had made the bone weak. Also if a person always eats balanced diet it is very hard for the person to contact a bone disease.
Tips to maintain bone health. We have balance diet , regular exercise, avoid smoking, avoiding taking in alcohol and also go for checkups on your health and bone .

A well delicious diet that has some milk which contains calcium should be okay, and the food should have greeny leaves and vegetables like spinach which are rich in magnesium. Also fish must be included because there are a good source of protein and fishes like mackerel are very rich in vitamin d .
So in conclusion maintaining good bone health is actually good because it is what aids the body for what they do because without the the skeletal part of the body our body will be like a cloth that is just in one place without movement.
