BREAKING BAD HABITS B

Good day my fellow steemians am by the username on Steemit @ahmneska today am participating in the contest titled "Breaking bad habits".
First what is a bad habit. This is a harmful behavior which shows a bad outward appearance of someone's character to another.

WHAT ARE SOME BAD HABITS THAT ARE HARD TO STOP AND WHY IS TOUGH TO QUIT THEM.

There are many bad habits like talking in class, making too much noise, smoking, stealing, waking up late, gluttony(eating too much). To quit a bad habit is more like peeling off your skin that is, it is tough and hard to quit a bad habit cause it has become part and parsle of you so it is hard to quit a bad habit.

HOW CAN WE TELL IF A BAD HABIT IS JUST A HABIT OR IT IS MORE LIKE AN ADDICTION. AND WHAT CAN WE DO TO BREAK THEM.

A bad habit can not just be a habit it may either be hereditary from gin or from the environment. Hereditary from gin means either from the mother or the father side has that particular bad habit or character. Then from the environment simply is that his or her friend has a kind of habit and they go ahead to copy the same bad habit. A bad habit can be an addiction when it has become part of a particular person that he or she always partake in it everyday.
WHAT ARE SOME CHALLENGES PEOPLE MIGHT FACE WHEN TRYING TO OVERCOME BAD HABITS, HOW CAN THEY OVERCOME THEM.

There are many challenges which one must face trying to overcome bad habits for example a person who smokes will find it difficult to stay for a day without smoking. A person who steals and on one day he or she didn't go out to steal it will be like they are not complete for that day. A person who drinks is addicted to it 1day without drinking might be like a year without drinking because it has become part and parcel of them. So in overcoming bad habits might seem unprofitable to the addicted. But they are many ways which a person can overcome these bad habits such as 1: having a mentor or mentors who will guide, teach you and make you understand the dangers of your bad habit and how to overcome them. 2: stay away from anything which will make you to indulge in that bad habit like those who love to eat too much they should have a coach who will teach them how to eat, when to eat and the quantity to eat at a given time.

HOW CAN WE SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO QUIT THEIR WITHOUT BEING JUDGEMENTAL OR PUSHY.
We can support those around us with bad habits to quit by limiting them from bad company, reducing their time for social media , making them feel happy, teaching about the wrong steps they have been taking and show them the right way.
We can give them the much care without deserting them crack jokes with them. Most people acquire a bad habit due to the situation, the way and manner people talk or behave with them.
